We work with one roofing company per city. Once your city is taken, we don’t book inspections for any other roofer there, for as long as we work together. Your competitors can’t buy their way in.
That’s also why we can’t take everyone. When a city is taken, it’s taken. And if yours is, we’ll tell you on the call.

What if the homeowner doesn’t show up?
You don’t pay for that inspection. Simple.
What counts as a booked inspection?
A homeowner in your area who needs a new roof, can actually pay for one, and is ready for a quote. And the inspection has to happen: if they don’t show, it doesn’t count, and you don’t pay.
Do you work with other roofers in my city?
No. One roofer per city, for as long as we work together.
How many inspections will I get?
It depends on your city, the season and how many your crew can run. We set a monthly target together on the call. We won’t promise a number we can’t back up.
How much does it cost?
A set price for each inspection that actually happens. No retainer. We go over the exact price on the call.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No.
Do I have to call the homeowners?
No. We call them, screen them, book them and confirm them. You show up, inspect and quote.
Why not roofers who are just starting out?
A booked inspection only pays off if someone shows up on time and knows how to close. We work with crews that already do that every week.
