Who we are
Booked Crews is a brand of Trajectory Media LLC (“Booked Crews”, “we”, “us”). We book estimate appointments for home-service companies: roofing, HVAC, pools, remodeling and landscaping.

What we collect
- When you fill in our form: your name, company name, email, mobile phone, the city you serve, your trade, your monthly revenue range, how many inspections your crew can run, and your text message choice.
- When you book or take a call with us: your name, email, phone number, the time you pick, and what you tell us about your business.
- When you write to us: what you choose to send us.
- When you visit the website: basic technical information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, collected by our website platform, and the cookies the site and its forms need to work.
How we use it
- To check whether your city is open and to call you.
- To set up, confirm and remind you of your call, by email, and by text if you said yes.
- To answer your questions.
- If you become a client, to run our service for you.
Homeowners who ask for an estimate
If you ask for an estimate through one of our ads or forms, we use your details to call you, confirm your appointment, and share them with the one company your appointment is booked with, so they can come to your home. We do not sell your details to other companies.
Text messages (SMS)
Our forms have an optional box to receive text messages about your call and appointments. You can use the form without checking it.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also write to [email protected].
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the service providers that help us send messages, only so they can send them.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run our business. They handle your information on our behalf:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): our website, forms, call calendar, contact records, emails and text messages.
- Zoom: our calls.
- Zoho: our email.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our ads.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are in touch or working together, and for as long as the law requires after that. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
- Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
Our services are for businesses and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
