For home-service companies
Homeowners, booked on your calendar.
We don’t sell leads. We book estimate appointments with homeowners in your area, exclusive to you. You only pay for the ones that actually happen.
Step 1 of 2
See if your city is open
We work with one company per trade, per city. Tell us what you do and where.
One 20-minute call. If your spot is taken, we’ll tell you straight. By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Pick your trade
One system. Your trade.
Same rules for every trade: exclusive appointments, confirmed before you drive out, paid only when they happen. Each trade gets its own page.
The lead model
How much did you spend last month on leads that went nowhere?
Think about it. That number is the problem. And it isn’t your fault: it’s how leads are sold.
“Exclusive” leads
You pay for an “exclusive” lead. You call, and the homeowner already got quotes from your competitors. You’re behind before you open your mouth, and you still pay.
Shared leads
Lead sites like Angi and HomeAdvisor can send the same homeowner to several companies. It turns into a race to call first, and you pay whether they pick up or not.
Big retainers
Agencies that want a big check up front, promise the world, and hand you a report at the end of the month instead of jobs.
Chasing people
Homeowners who never answer. Renters. People outside your area. People who can’t pay for the job. Or it’s back to knocking on doors.
That’s the lead model. It’s built to make money off your money.
How it works
We don’t sell leads. We book appointments.
The opposite of the lead model. We do the chasing. You do the work you’re good at.
- 1
We run the ads in your city.
Under your company name, so the homeowner already knows who’s coming to the door.
- 2
We call every homeowner who responds.
A real phone call, fast, while the project is still on their mind.
- 3
We screen out the wrong ones.
Renters, homes outside your service area, people who can’t pay for the job and people only shopping prices never make it to your calendar.
- 4
We book the estimate on your calendar.
At a time your crew can make. The details land on your phone: name, address, what they need, date and time.
- 5
We confirm it before you drive out.
So you don’t drive across town to an empty driveway.
- 6
You show up, quote and close.
That’s your part. Nothing else.
No extra work for your office staff.
How you pay
Homeowner doesn’t show? You don’t pay.
Most agencies get paid whether you land jobs or not. We only get paid when you’re standing in front of a homeowner who needs the work. Every dollar goes to a real appointment. No waste, no surprises.
Why take that risk? Because we trust the system. And because you’ve been burned enough.
Your bill
You pay for
- Each qualified appointment that shows up
You never pay for
- No-shows
- Wrong numbers
- Renters
- Homes outside your area
- A homeowner a competitor also got
We go over the price per appointment on the call.
Our one rule
One company per trade, per city.
One roofer, one HVAC company, one pool builder, one remodeler and one landscaper per city. Once your spot is taken, we don’t book appointments for your competitors there, for as long as we work together.
That’s also why we can’t take everyone. When a spot is taken, it’s taken. And if yours is, we’ll tell you on the call.
Questions
Straight answers.
Which trades do you work with?
Roofing, HVAC, pools, remodeling and landscaping. Each trade has its own page. Roofing is up now, the others are coming.
Is this just leads with a new name?
No. A lead is a name and a number you have to chase. We hand you a confirmed appointment on your calendar, with a homeowner who knows you’re coming.
What if the homeowner doesn’t show up?
You don’t pay for that appointment. Simple.
What counts as a booked appointment?
A homeowner in your area who needs the work, can actually pay for it, and is ready for a quote. And the appointment has to happen: if they don’t show, it doesn’t count, and you don’t pay.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. One company per trade, per city, for as long as we work together.
How much does it cost?
A set price for each appointment that actually happens. No retainer. We go over the exact price on the call.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No.
Where do you work?
We’re starting with roofers in Dallas–Fort Worth. Another trade or another city? Fill in the form anyway. If your spot is open, we’ll talk. If it’s taken, we’ll tell you straight.
